The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (DCM\/a solution of NH3 in MeOH (3M) (v\/v)=100\/1 to 50\/1 to 30\/1 to 10\/1) to give the tert-butyl 4-((5-chloro-2-((1,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)amino)pyrimidin-4-yl)amino)-3-ethylpiperidine-1-carboxylate as a yellow solid (0.19 g, yield 60%), also get tert-butyl4-((2-((1,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)amino)pyrimidin-4-yl)amino)-3-ethylpiperidine-1-carboxylate as a brown solid (0.20 g, 67%, impure).
