Here is a downstream synthesis route of the compound  13808-64-5.<\/p>\n<p>To a solution of 4-bromo-3 -methyl- lH-pyrazole 1 (0.25 g, 1.55 mmol) indimethylformamide (DMF) (30 mL) was added NaH (0.08 g, 3.2 mmol). The mixture was stirred for 0.5 h at room temperature and 2-bromo-5-methyl-l,3-thiazole (0.33 g, 1.86 mmol) was added. The reaction mixture was stirred for 1 h at room temperature. The reaction temperature was raised to 90C and stirred overnight. The reaction was quenched with MeOH and solvent was removed in vacuo. The residue was treated with water and EtOAc. The organic layer was separated and aqueous was extracted with EtOAc. The combined organic phase was dried over Na2S04, filtered, and concentrated to give crude product. The crude product was purified on ISCO columns. Fractions containing pure product were combined and evaporated to give 53 (0.2 g, 50%) as a white solid.<\/p>\n<p>In the field of chemistry, the synthetic routes of compounds are constantly being developed and updated.
