A new synthetic method of this compound is introduced below.<\/p>\n<p>General procedure: Compound 4a (2 mmol), NaH (2.4 mmol) and indole were dissolved in DMF (10 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 12h before diluted with water (20 mL) and extracted with ethyl acetate (30 mL \u00a1\u00c1 3). The organic layer was concentrated in vacuum.
