All these compounds were characterized by elemental anal., IR and UV-visible spectroscopy, and x-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal structures reveal that compounds <strong>2<\/strong>, <strong>3<\/strong> and <strong>5<\/strong> afford six-coordinated octahedral spheres, while compound <strong>1<\/strong> displays a four-coordinated tetrahedral core and compound <strong>4<\/strong> forms an eight-coordinated geometry. Furthermore, the 3D supramol. networks, formed through plentiful H-bonds and weak mol. interactions, were analyzed.
