And the article was included in Polyhedron in 2022.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/934-48-5.html\">Synthetic Route of C6H9N3O<\/a> This article mentions the following:<\/p>\n<p>New nickel(II) complexes [NiL<sup>S<\/sup>(NCS)<sub>2<\/sub>]\u2022CH<sub>3<\/sub>CN (<strong>1<\/strong>) [Ni(dmpz)<sub>2<\/sub>(NCS)<sub>2<\/sub>]<sub>n<\/sub> (<strong>2<\/strong>), where L<sup>S<\/sup> is N,N,N-tris(1-(3,5-dimethylpyrazolylmethyl)amine) and dmpz is 3,5-dimethylpyrazole, were isolated in a one-pot synthesis by reacting zerovalent-powered nickel, 1-hydroxymethyl-3,5-dimethylpyrazole (HL<sup>1<\/sup>) and 1-carboxamide-3,5-dimethylpyrazole (HL<sup>2<\/sup>) as precursors. The complexes were characterized by elemental anal., IR and UV-visible spectra, thermal studies and single crystal diffraction studies. The anti-proliferative activity of the described Ni(II) complexes was studied in vitro against selected human tumor cell lines and normal human cells (fibroblasts). The monomeric complex [NiL<sup>S<\/sup>(NCS)<sub>2<\/sub>]\u2022CH<sub>3<\/sub>CN (<strong>1<\/strong>) expressed more potent anti-proliferative activity towards cancer cells with the relevant cytotoxicity, while the polymeric complex [Ni(dmpz)<sub>2<\/sub>(NCS)<sub>2<\/sub>]<sub>n<\/sub> (<strong>2<\/strong>) was very toxic towards normal cells and was also characterized by mild inhibitory potency against tumor cells and poor selectivity. <strong>1<\/strong> Causes massive death of cancer cells due to programmed cell death, apoptosis. The obtained results demonstrated potent cytotoxic activity of the isolated [NiL<sup>S<\/sup>(NCS)<sub>2<\/sub>]\u2022CH<sub>3<\/sub>CN complex combined with strong selectivity towards cancer cells, and the mechanism of its actions included apoptosis.
