II.  Synthesis of certain 4-[2-(1-pyrazolecarboxamido)ethyl]benzenesulfonamides<\/i><\/b>,  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/53355-55-8.html\">Synthetic Route of 53355-55-8<\/a>,  the publication is  Acta Poloniae Pharmaceutica (1981), 38(4), 399-405, database is CAplus.<\/p>\n<p>Fifteen title compounds (<strong>I<\/strong>, R = H, Me, Et; R<sup>1<\/sup> = H, Me, Et, Pr, Bu, PhCH<sub>2<\/sub>, Cl; R<sup>2<\/sup> = H, Me) were prepared in 55-91% yields from the corresponding 1-pyrazolecarbonyl chlorides and 4-H<sub>2<\/sub>NSO<sub>2<\/sub>C<sub>6<\/sub>H<sub>4<\/sub>(CH<sub>2<\/sub>)<sub>2<\/sub>NH<sub>2<\/sub> in Et<sub>3<\/sub>N (or NaOH in aqueous Me<sub>2<\/sub>CO). Some <strong>I<\/strong> were also obtained in the reaction of 4-H<sub>2<\/sub>NSO<sub>2<\/sub>C<sub>6<\/sub>H<sub>4<\/sub>(CH<sub>2<\/sub>)<sub>2<\/sub>NHCONHNH<sub>2<\/sub> (<strong>II<\/strong>) with BzOCH:CR<sup>1<\/sup>COR in AcOH. <strong>I<\/strong> (R = Me, R<sup>1<\/sup> = R<sup>2<\/sup> = H) was addnl. prepared also from <strong>II<\/strong> and MeCOCH<sub>2<\/sub>CH(OEt)<sub>2<\/sub>.
