After cooling, the mixture was partitioned between water and ethyl acetate. The organic extracts were dried over sodium sulfate, and evaporated to dryness in vacuo. The residue was crystallized from ethanol to yield the title compound (0.57 g, 57.3percent) as an off-white solid, m.p. 127-129\u00a1\u00e3 C. NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz): delta 4.19 and 5.46 (dd, 2H, CONCH2), 6.54 (m, 1H), 6.70 (m, 1H), 6.80 (m, 1H), 7.02 (m, 1H), 7.07 (m, 1H, pyrazole CH), 7.29 (m, 1H), 7.61 (m, 1H), 8.00 (m, 1H), 8.05-8.16 (m, 2H), 8.84 (m, 1H, pyrazole CH), 9.63 (s, 1H, NH) MS (EI, m\/z): 503 [M]+ Anal. Calc&#8217;d for C24 H15 F6 N5 O: C 57.26, H 3.00, N 13.91.
