For example, (S)-N-(3-(5-fluoro-2-((3-methoxy-1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)amino)pyrimidin-4-yl)-1H-indol-7-yl)-1-(methylsulfonyl)pyrrolidine-2-carboxamide was prepared from Me 3-methoxy-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylate by hydrolysis, nitration, reduction, substitution reaction, amidation and so on. The title compounds have good inhibitory activity against Jak1 kinase and can be used to prepare drugs for the treatment of inflammation, autoimmune diseases or cancer.
