Thus, title compound (III) was prepared in 13 steps from 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-dione, 1-(4-methoxybenzyl)-1H-pyrazol-5-amine, 1,2-difluoro-4-nitrobenzene, 1-(4-fluorophenyl)hydrazine hydrochloride, 1,3-dioxane-4,6-dione, and tert-Bu 4-hydroxypiperidine-1-carboxylate.
