The synthetic route is as follows.<\/p>\n<p>[00180] Step 3: To a solution of dioxane (150 mL) was added 2-chloro-4-(2- fluoropyridin-4-yl)pyrimidine (15.0 g, 72.1 mmol), 1 -methyl- lH-pyrazol-5 -amine (7.6 g, 79.3 mmol), cesium carbonate (35.3 g, 108.0 mmol), Pd2(dba)3 (6.6 g, 7.2 mmol) and xantphos (8.3 g, 14.4 mmol).
