Generally, it requires fewer steps, and cheap raw materials. 1621-91-6, name is 1H-Pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid, A new synthetic method of this compound is introduced below.<\/p>\n<p>Sulfuric acid (5.8 mL) was added dropwise to a stirred solution of 1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid (1 g, 8.92 mmol) in MeOH (65 mL) at 0 C. After the addition was completed the mixture was allowed to warm to room temperature and stirred for 18 hours. The mixture was concentrated in vacuo and the residue was dissolved in water and basified with NaHCO3 (aq. sat. solution). The mixture was extracted with AcOEt. The organic layer was separated, dried (MgSO4), filtered and the solvents evaporated in vacuo to yield 1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester (0.7 g, 62% yield) as a white solid which was used in the next step without further purification.<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in these compounds, you can also browse my other articles.Thank you for taking the time to read this article.
