Reaction conditions such as pressure, temperature and time were evaluated. The methodol. developed herein was suitable to synthesize products in moderate to excellent yields (60%-96%) and short reaction times (15-45 min). In the part of experimental materials, we found many familiar compounds, such as 3-(Trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazole(cas: 20154-03-4<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/20154-03-4.html\">Application In Synthesis of  3-(Trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazole<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>3-(Trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazole(cas: 20154-03-4) belongs to pyrazoles. The application of pyrazole derivatives in the development of anticancer agents has been thoroughly investigated and verified.
