FCC on silica gel (2% MeOH-DCM increasing to 8% MeOH-DCM) afforded the title compound as a light yellow amorphous solid. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) delta ppm 8.23 (s, 1H), 7.78 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 1H), 7.56-7.47 (m, 3H), 7.40 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 2H), 6.01 (d, J=3.0 Hz, 1H), 4.35 (s, 2H), 4.06 (s, 3H), 3.70 (s, 3H), 2.14 (s, 3H), 2.12 (s, 3H), 2.09 (d, J=3.3 Hz, 1H).
